Shipping & Returns

Our shipping is fast and reliable. We offer FREE Shipping (select products only and is only valid for shipping within the contiguous 48 United States). We will ship all orders with within 1 business day. Orders that ship to an address other than your billing address will be subject to further verification and may not ship same day.

Once you make your order you can track the progress of your package using the tracking number that we will provide upon shipping your order.

On weekend purchases we will ship the following Monday. Orders are NOT shipped or delivered on Saturday or Sunday. Purchases made before 12PM Friday will be shipped the same business day. If you purchase something after 12PM PST on Friday the order will be shipped first thing on Monday.

International Shipping Policy – We ship worldwide! We work with various companies to ensure that you get the best rate possible for your international shipping needs. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Email us to get specific rate quotes.

If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to within 30 days of purchase date subject to conditions below. We will gladly issue a FULL REFUND if the item is in new condition, unopened with original box. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.

Refunds & Credits

Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the product we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account. If payment was made by check, the refund check will not be issued before 30 business days after the date of purchase.


If the item was sent back for an exchange, please allow 3-5 business days for the replacement to be processed

Claims and Chargebacks

  • Customer agrees to not file or claim any credit card chargebacks. Customer agrees to our policy by purchasing and products or service from our company.

Return Shipping

 Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs plus a 15% restocking fee.
